Essential Attribute

Minimum Requirements:
Five to ten years’ experience in Motor and Non-Motor claims, ideally in a broker environment;
Matric, with Mathematics and English;
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
Excellent negotiation and conflict skills;
Excellent organisational skills;
Process and outcome driven;
A proven track record of excellent customer service;
An uncompromising work ethic and personal value system;
Excellent computer skills;
Any qualifications, supporting the above skills, are advantageous.
